LOCAL STORE MARKETING 101
Let’s start at the beginning. Every one thinks that since you are a restaurant it’s your food that is the most important thing. Not so. It is your employees. Customers will go where there is just OK or just acceptable food if they are treated like they are important and respected. They will not continually go back to a restaurant where they feel like no one cares about them.

The most important ingredient in bringing customers back again and again is your employees. Both front of the house and back of the house. And you must treat your employees with honesty and respect. You must give your employees the tools and training to do the job necessary. If employees are treated in this manner, that culture will be passed on to the customer.

When a customer walks through your door they have already commited to buy. You must work on bringing them back tomorrow, next week and next month.
