EASY WAY TO KEEP TRACK ...
We now put a "Just a Reminder" card in shipments of printed items (does not include wide format items like banners, window clings, etc.).
These give you an easy way to keep track of what and when you have ordered. The Reminder Card tells you the name, part number, quantity, and date of what you've ordered. Stick them in a desk drawer or pin them on a bulletin board. Now you don't have to guess or go searching for the information to reorder items you need to run your store.
