MAKE HIRING EASY!

We have many great ways to help you recruit.

Hiring is a constant need for your store and Smith&Jones has many great items to help you recruit new hires!

Banners, Window Clings, and Yard Signs are very visible ways to let people outside your location know you are hiring. Inside your store, managers and servers can hand out BCS Cards, Interest Cards, and Rack Cards to dine in customers. Table Tents are another handy hiring tool to be used in store. We also have Stickers that can be placed on bags for carryout orders.

You can also set up a "Hiring Table" at the front of your store to attract people's attention. Stock it with Interest Cards, BCS Cards, and Rack Cards that will help generate interest in working at your store. Have Employment Applications ready to hand out. Plus, have a manager or crew member on hand to answer any questions prospective hires might have.
